Judge's Son Arrested for $1.5 Million Heist.

An arrest has been made in relation to the Dec. 14, 2010 robbery executed on the Las Vegas Bellagio casino.  A sum of $1.5 Million in casino chips was taken.  Carleo, 29, was charged with burglary and armed robbery with a deadly weapon and was booked at Clark County Detention Center in Vegas.  

Carleo's father was interviewed and had the following to say;

"I think it goes without saying that as a father, I am devastated and heartbroken to see my son arrested under these circumstances, as is the rest of his family. As a working member of the judiciary, however, I am bound by the judicial canons of ethics and therefore cannot discuss any pending legal matter as it relates to anyone, including my son" SOURCE: Yahoo News.

The arrest was made Thursday, February 3, 2011 following tips from a member of the general public and a dealer at the casino who spoke to Carleo just four days prior.  Police also revealed in a statement that the suspect may also be linked to another robbery involving the Suncoast Casino the week before.
